Tom said, "My friend lives in Franklin, NH and rents half of a two family house. He's been living in this half for several years without any 'sightings'. Just last year he moved to the other side of the house. The owner evicted the other people for what ever reason. This person asked the landlord if he could move into this apartment, the owner said yes. The owner also told him an old lady that owned the house before he, died in this section of the house some years ago. The camera is an HP-C200 set on a tripod."
