Scott said, "This photo was taken in the factory where I work about 3 weeks ago. A man died here a few years back in a forklift accident, approx. 30 feet from where this photo was taken. Also my mother passed away about a month before this photo was taken and for 20 years she worked as a secretary at this same factory."
