Philip said, "Attached is a photo that I thought would interest the ghost hunting community. The photo was taken in 1977 at a family member's apartment in
Quincy, MA. I recalled visiting your site a few years ago while surfing the
net. Upon viewing this photo I felt that it was very similar to the ones I
saw in your collection. Various stories about ghost activity have been told
by 3 family members who have lived in that apartment. After ignoring those
stories for years, this photo has sparked my interest in the ghost
phenomenon."
"The stories from people who have lived in the apartment are amazing.
Faucets have been turned on inexplicably, items have slid off of counters
and tables, the toilet has been flushed by itself, and, people have been
violently awakened by a "presence". The most shocking stories involve
people feeling as if water had been poured over them. In two cases the
people actually felt dampness on themselves after the incident. As I asked
my aunt to borrow this picture, she informed me that a person had died in
the apartment right before she moved in. Personally, I am blown away by
this sequence of events. The people who tell these stories are stable, well
adjusted adults. I fully trust that they have witnessed something
extraordinary. If you or any other investigators would like more
information about this apartment, I'd be happy to oblige."
