Neil said, "I thought you might be interested in the attached photo. The background is this. A party of us had a stopover at Chingle Hall in Cheshire, England and at the point seen in the photo we encountered a very distinct and local cold spot. My brother took a picture of the chair I was sat in where the cold spot started. The results are there for all to see. Nothing could be seen at the time although the cold spot was EXTREMELY cold."
