Lawana said, "I have more photos for you. I took this photo in October 1998. I saw what looked like a vortex in these three shots and it looks as if it moved from left to right. It was late afternoon and the sky was overcast. I thought my
flowers were really pretty so I went out on the balcony to take pictures of
them. My balcony also has a very nice view of the river and VA, so I guess I
wasn't the only one who's been enjoying it. I had been catching something out of
the corner of my eye at my apartment and sometimes I'd feel like a wave would go
by. It was weird. I've had other experiences before so I wasn't really surprised
by the fact something's really there.
