These ghost photos were taken by IGHS Cofounder Dave Oester of ghostweb@ghostweb.com on February 10, 2000 at the Gray Butte Cemetery between Madras and Pineville, OR. Gray Butte is an old pioneer cemetery located in the high desert of Central Oregon. The cemetery is bordered by sagebrush and juniper trees and sits atop a small hill in the shadows of Gray Butte Mountain.

Filming at the cemetery was for a German Television segment on ghost hunting. After four hours filming in the cemetery, the crew was loading their vehicle up with the camera gear as I took this photo. The first photo was taken as I walked up to their vehicle. The second photo was taken about fifteen seconds later as I walked passed the vehicle and took another photo. Notice the ectoplasmic vapor that encompasses the crew and Sharon that occurred within a few seconds of the first photo. It appears the spirits are saying good-bye to the film crew.
