Chet said, "This picture was taken by Troy and I while we were at Sach Bridge on Nov 28 1998. We walked down a path into the woods where Troy looked at a tree and said that looks like a good hanging tree. About that time we were both over come by freezing cold temps for about 10 sec. It felt like something was behind us so we turned around and I took this picture with my Kodak DC 25 following all IGHS protocol. "
