Ballarion said, "This photo was taken in San Diego, by one of my investigators during a investigation of a house in the town of La Mesa. I was standing behind the person taking the photo and at the time nothing was noted in the house with the exception of several "cold" spots. The investigator is 6'1" and was standing when taking this photo, there was nothing hanging down from the ceiling at the time. The photo was taken of a blackcat that had appeared. This was taken January,1999."
