Beth said, "This photo was taken at an obscure Afro-America cemetery in Middletown, PA on the evening of 12/29/99. All IGHS standards and protocols were observed and there was absolutely NO fog that evening!"

The IGHS Standards & Protocols means that no smoking during the investigation and that no fog was present. Those who may question this photo as tobacco smoke are making a grave error as Beth stated she observed the IGHS Standards & Protocols. This vapor like substance is spirit energy.
