Bill said, "This pic was sent to me from a fire chief near Altoona, PA. The fire chief (who wishes to be not identified) was taking pictures of his men as they searched the burned out home, looking for hot embers in the charred remains. He told me the fire had been out for about an hour. There was no smoke present and water was not being used at the time of the picture. I have viewed the rest of his pictures personally and none of those contain objects which might be depicted as smoke or water dropelts. The fire chief is not a believer of ghost, but was intrigued by his photograph. He sent it to me for my opinion. Although, the usually protocols were NOT followed, I believe this is a good example of ecto and orbs caught on film."
